MSJ Computing is the trading name of MSJ Forensics Ltd. We are a family run business based in the village of Magor on the outskirts of Newport. Martin previously worked For Fujitsu Siemens computers firstly on the warranty desk, diagnosing computers over the telephone and either fixing the issue with customers or getting an engineer out to change the relevant part. He then joined the second line team and took over the training of the warranty desk staff, and took responsibility for all issues which could not be easily fixed in all ranges of Home PC’s, Laptops, Business PC’s, tablets and PDAs. Martin is a certified PC, PDA and laptop engineer and also holds Microsoft Accreditation. Andrew provides engineering experience from working for the PC world helpdesk and the Boots in store network. He has also run his own computer shop successfully in the East Midlands. |
